Sen. Daniel Laughlin plans to introduce Aimee’s Law, legislation that will create a registry for those convicted of felony animal abuse.
The Pennsylvania House recently passed House Bill 97, a bill that will treat pets as family members. The bill now goes to the state Senate.
All dogs must be licensed in Pennsylvania; fortunately, obtaining an annual or lifetime license is easy and affordable.
